Extremely helpful. Managed to sort some spares and took the time to check they would be an adequate replacement. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

In June 2022 MSC replaced the magnetron and another heating part in my AEG microwave for £124. Just over 10 months later, after very little use, the microwave packed up again. MSC looked at it and low and behold it needed another magnetron and to replace it they would charge me £122 because their work is only guaranteed for 6 months. I expressed my dissatisfaction at the poor quality of the parts that they must use, but they were adamant that it was just my bad luck and they were going to charge me the full cost of the repair. I feel that any business that cared even a little about customer service would have at the very least offered to replace the part at cost. Service: Microwave repair

Excellent Customer Service and repair. Even lent me a replacement microwave whilst my integrated microwave was repaired. Would have cost me 3 times as much to buy a replacement and more products to the landfill. Dropped off on the Monday morning, was told in the afternoon what was wrong and how much to replace. I then got a call on the Thursday morning to say it had been repaired and ready to collect. Over the moon! A+++

Cannot recommend MSC enough. Repaired our built-in microwave when nobody else could. Sourced the parts which nobody else could and knew exactly what the problem was through a telephone diagnosis. Took a month to get the part (which they told me from the offset) and they kept me informed and I didn’t have to chase them once. Arrived on time, fitted in minutes and now working perfectly. Brilliant service for the repair on my microwave, being a large combination Oven it would have been expensive to replace. The guys fixed the microwave checked over the oven and returned it to me like new. Loved the fact they will check your oven over and give you the costs of repair before you commit to having it done for just £10, this is then deducted from your repair costs if you go ahead.
