The previous property I lived in was serviced by Abbey waters property management. I have to say, they were absolutely appalling with the service they provided. The staff are very unapproachable and rude. I am glad to say that I am so glad that I have No further dealings with them. I am being very accommodating by giving 1 star rating but unfortunately there was not an option to give none !!!.

I was renting this lovely flat near Hythe for many, many years, Karen and her team have always been very friendly, offering brilliant service with great care. Karen was always fast on acting should any problems arise and also always happy chatting with her on the telephone, will miss those lively/lovely chats. Fab Services from this company :)

Karen is amazing, and this is easily the most straightforward and professional company we have used. The flat we stayed in had gorgeous views, with no service charges and had we not a growing family would have happily stayed on for many years. The property we rented with Abby Waters was everything to accommodate our needs which followed with a beautiful sea view., outstanding service, very professional, reasonably priced admin fees etc. If there ever was a problem Abby waters were quick to put things right. would highly recommend.

The flats were competitively priced in the rental market at the time. The letting agents dealt with requests to fix issues swiftly. Whenever I called they were very polite and professional. The admin charges weren't as expensive as other letting agents.

Abby Waters have managed our rented property for nearly 5 years. They have always been very helpful with any problems we have had, & Last Christmas eve went above and beyond when our boiler decided to give up! Karen Kirby spent her Christmas eve arranging for someone to come & fix it so we had heating and hot water for Christmas day. Karen is always easy to get hold of, and always sorts out any issues quickly & efficiently . Highly recommended .
