Great Company, Ordered a couple of Panasonic bread maker parts. They weren't in stock at the time but the service guy, who answered the phone, was so polite, I let the order stand. They kept me informed of the target date and duly arrived on said date. Cannot recommend them enough.

There was an issue with my PayPal transaction which meant that the same order went through twice. The company rang me up to check whether this was intentional, and cancelled the duplicate transaction. Excellent service.
